Refunds & Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval.

Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.

For exchanges, we’ll ship the replacement after your return is received and approved.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your sunglasses arrive damaged or defective, please reach out to us within 3 days of delivery. Send photos and a brief description so we can resolve it fast — whether that means a refund, replacement, or repair.
