At Amazia Eyewear, your satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. Please take a moment to read through our policy for exchanges, returns, and refunds, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience.
1. Return & Exchange Conditions
You may request an exchange or return within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be in pristine condition, unused, and in its original packaging, complete with all included accessories.
1.1. Exchanges

The first exchange is complimentary — we will cover the shipping cost for your replacement item. However, for any subsequent exchanges, a small shipping fee will apply.

In the rare case that your item is out of stock, we are happy to offer an exchange for the same model in a different color, or for a comparable model of the same value.

Return Instructions: After receiving your request, we will provide you with the return address. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a product defect or a mistake on our part.

Product Inspection: Once the returned product is received, our Quality Assurance team will inspect it and notify you upon completion of the evaluation.
2. Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving the returned product, provided it meets our return conditions.

The refund will cover the full product price. (Shipping fees and shipping protection, if purchased, are non-refundable.)

Please ensure the product is returned in their original, undamaged condition, with all packaging intact, for the refund to be approved.
3. Undelivered Packages
If your tracking information indicates that your order has been delivered but you did not receive it, and you did not purchase shipping protection, we advise contacting the carrier directly. Amazia is not responsible for lost or stolen packages in such cases.
4. Incorrect Shipping Address
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the accuracy of the shipping address at checkout. Please double-check your order details to ensure accuracy.
If an order is returned to Amazia Eyewear due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, and the customer requests reshipment, a reshipment fee of USD $10.00 will apply. The reshipment fee must be paid in full before the replacement order is dispatched.
If the customer prefers to cancel the order instead of reshipping, the original shipping costs — including any shipping fees waived under promotional offers — will be deducted from the refund, along with a USD $10.00 restocking fee.
If the original order included shipping protection, we may offer to reship the order at no additional cost. Refunds will only be processed once the item is received back at our facility and inspected.
5. Refused Deliveries
If a customer refuses to accept their order at the time of delivery or fails to collect it from the courier or local post office, the original shipping costs incurred by Amazia Eyewear — including those covered under any free shipping promotions — will be deducted from the refund. Additionally, a restocking fee of USD $10.00 will be applied to cover handling and processing expenses.
6. Promotional Offers
For promotional purchases—such as “Buy 2, Get 25% Off”—refunds will be calculated proportionally based on the total amount paid divided by the number of items purchased. This ensures fairness and prevents abuse of discount offers.
